Another Hello is licensed to you, not sold. Downloading it from the App Store gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on the Apple devices you own or control.
Your licence
Your use of the app is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which applies to every app distributed through the App Store unless the developer supplies its own. We do not supply our own — Apple's terms are the terms.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions are sold, billed and renewed by Apple through the App Store. A subscription renews automatically until you turn renewal off, which you do in your Apple account settings rather than in the app.
Cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. We never see your payment details and cannot alter a purchase on your behalf.
Letting a subscription lapse takes nothing away from you. Your records stay on your device, readable, editable and exportable as JSON or CSV.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement.
If you disagree with us
If something goes wrong, write to us before anything else. Most problems are a misunderstanding or a bug, and both are quicker to fix by email than by any other route.
